Location: Michelle's Farm in Morristown
The Farm is in Morristown, one and a half hours south of the Twin Cities. Michelle, Jason and college friends Randy and Shawn share this big old farmhouse and have started an organic chicken farm. Quite a change from city living, but they are all very excited about this move. Tonight was the first time we've seen the place. Very homey and full of life. Zack is getting so big - he's 18 months old already. He's a perfect mix of Jason and Michelle.
Of course this book stimulated much conversation that could go on and on. It is one of the bestselling books ever. Almost everyone I know has read it. It is a thriller. A detective mystery based on 2,000 years of history. I can't imagine the research that the author had to do to get the information needed to write this book. Our group, though all Christian, has some diverse backgrounds when it comes to religion, which made for some good debates. It was a good night.
I am due in a month and am huge! Kerry and Randy are buying a house in West St. Paul next month and are in the process of packing. Angie and Matt are getting a divorce. She's doing alright, but it is more difficult than I'll ever know. Angie is strong, stronger than she knows. She will be fine. Carolyn and Brian are back together, living in the Apple Valley house. They are doing well so far. Good for them if they can make it work.
